Product FAQ

Is delivery free for the purchase of this Pyrenex puffer jacket? Absolutely. Delivery is completely free as soon as your total order amount reaches €200 on Instinct Premium.

How does the HKY013P00091 model fit? This Pyrenex puffer jacket has a classic and comfortable cut designed for children. It fits true to size; we recommend choosing their usual size to enjoy its ideal drape.

What are your return conditions if the item is not suitable? You have the option to return the item if it does not meet your expectations (provided that it has never been worn, is not washed, and that all official labels are intact). Furthermore, return shipping costs as well as re-shipment costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

How should I care for this puffer jacket to preserve its quilting? Always wash your puffer jacket inside out in the washing machine at 30°C maximum on a delicate cycle with similar colors. Do not use fabric softener and absolutely avoid the tumble dryer to avoid altering the loft of the filling (you can place a few clean tennis balls in the drum during a very gentle spin cycle if necessary). Prefer natural drying on a hanger.
