Terms of service

INSTINCT PREMIUM undertakes to use Customers' confidential information only for the purposes of operating its Site. To ensure orders are processed correctly, the personal data collected will be processed by computer, and the Customer acknowledges this. For this purpose, information concerning the Customer may be passed to INSTINCT PREMIUM's technical service providers. INSTINCT PREMIUM may also use technical means to obtain non-personal information about website visitors in order to improve the site's functionality, for example by tracking the number of visitors to certain pages.

In accordance with the French law of 6 January 1978, as amended by the law of 6 August 2004, the Customer has the right to access and correct the personal data held about them in INSTINCT PREMIUM's files. Any request must be sent by email to: contact.instinctgrenoble@gmail.com
